WOODbyC at CRAFT FAIRS!

There's nothing quite like getting your hands dirty at a real, live craft fair! You gather up your pals and drive to the site (hopefully in good weather) where white tents cluster, housing exhibits of traveling artists. You walk, sometimes for miles, along the streets, through the pastures, in parking lots, under the canopies, meeting the very craftspeople who create those incredible "somethings" you buy to charm your honey, or impress your boss, or just to enjoy for yourself as you go about your daily life. You get to eat foods you don't normally consume, and listen to music you don't normally hear. It's great fun!!!

I want to encourage your enjoyment of these events, and will include them in my marketing plan, while I am physically able. Of course, here in New England where the weather is wacky, most of the fairs I do these days are indoors...

Since becoming a juried member of the League of NH Craftsmen, I put a small selection of my work in their retail galleries around the State. So if you can't find me at a fair, yet want to "handle the merchandise" before buying, check out one of those locations. And of course, I hope to build a lot of stock for The Shop at the Fair at the annual LNHC Craftsmen's Fair at Sunapee again in 2012!

I think my next local show will be in Exeter, NH during the first weekend of February 2012 (the 3rd annual FUZZ FEST). Stay tuned...
